Another HVAC problem
 
On my 91 350SDL I'm about to loose my mind, The foot well flaps work but its opposite than what it should be. When the switch is off it opens and when the switch is turned on it closes, any ideas?

It has a working switch, the switchover valve is new

are you certain of all the connections on the new switchover valve?

other than that... ccu?

Ya all of the connections are correct, I try another ccu to see but I know that the ccu put in is good

So I swapped out the control unit from my 560SEL and I know that it a good unit and same problem as above, just getting really frustrated with this. The vacuum system is good no leaks and I have good vacuum so I'm sure its an electrical problem. HELP!!!!!
