Question bubbles after the filter, its puzzling me?

Hi all,
back on the bubble situation that I thought was over a wee while ago, as again right after the filter into pipe #56 in the shema there is bubbling appearing.
This is too odd .
There is no, or only one teeny once in awhile in #32 coming from the tank, but this should not count, I just put it down to be as precised as possible.
I have new Orings on
the pre-filter
the pipe going into the prefiler
the banjo bolt that hold the filter
pipe #56 is new with new oring too, I replaced it as I thought it might be leaking after all the work I did 3 weeks ago I took it in and out alot/ twisting etc...
But still got some bubbles when I rev the car?
I never heard of a filter housing failure (#5), has annyone heard on any?
Or it could be the filter that is not sealing properly? Its an aftermarket, guutman and I have use the band for a long awhile now.
I like to take off the housing #5 soon to see if there is any crack or anything else, but weather is a wee cold here at the moment and it might take a wee while.
I thought it was due to a bit of petrol, acetone and diesel in the oil but there is no bubble after the FPHE( who's hot), mind you the filter is really really hot too, will it be hot enough to create gases?
Any suggestion on the bubble situation?
Thanks.
Olivier

In theory the only place Air can get into the system is on the Suction side of the Fuel Supply System.
If it has a Fuel Heater that can be the source of an Air leak. But, any of the seals/O-rings on the suction side not sealing could allow for an Air leak.

Hi Diesel 911,
this is where I am puzzled?
All the orings are new, previously I even had ptf tape to make sure the Orings sits in very tight, I also put an extra rubber washer between the filter and the holder in the middle of it thinking it might be it. Nope. Still bubbling.
The "might be the fault" is where the pipes (#56) fit on the holder as it feel loose, like the pipe move around a little too freely to me, but when I put some tape to seam it tight, there was still some bubbles.
It seems to be happening inside the holder for some reason?
I guess its a first
all the best.

Oliver,
Start the motor & have it running with the bubbles. Dribble a little oil where every you think there maybe a leak. If when you dribble the oil on, the bubbles stop, you have found your leak.
Good Luck !!

Thanks layback. The only place I can do this is where the prefilter is as its horizontal, the other is vertical and not practical.
I did poured some oil on top of the prefilter but still bubbly.
I screw the filter as tight as I dared. still bubbling.

took the housing out today

Another glow passed the dust here, The car was hard to start the last few days, I changed the fuel filter yesterday ( it was new but just in case) then the glow light came up this morning.Grrr...That was another manifold job. A pain...
As I was there I took off the filter housing and look for my bubbles and was surprised to see that the LP suck from the pre-filter then push into the fuel filter. I would have thought the LP suck through the filter, nope.
Also the return is in connection to the fuel intake, but after the LP though.
The pre-filter is in direct connection with the LP, the hole is a little smaller and if I had my drill handy I would have make it wider. All looked OK on the housing, then I put 2 extra washers on top of the pipe that fit into the pre-filter to make sure both are "squahed" into the housing, it seems that the bubbles might have disseapeared... Not sure 100% yet tho.
Tomorrow will tell
All the best.
Olivier
