Where can I find one of them ? the metal strip with two slots for the bolts on driver side strut tower

Click on the "Buy Parts" link at the top of this page. Both FastLane and AllParts Express sell both the 30A (blower) and 80A (glowplugs) strip fuse; make sure you get the right one. MB dealers also have that part for more money, of course. Might be able to get it at a foreign auto parts store, I have no personal experience with that method.

My last one came from a VW dealer, apparently VW/Audi uses the same fuse (for something).
