Angry RPM SENSOR

I need to replace RPM sensor on 1992 300 D.Where is it and how it look?

The 84/85 300D has it on the adaptor plate between the eng and trans on the drivers side. has a thick black wire going to it, and the sensor is black plastic held in by one screw.

Not sure of your model, though. good place to start.

1) Not much power
2) Even less power
3) Not nearly enough power!! 240D w/auto

Anyone that thinks a 240D is slow drives too fast.

I think you can find a picture of your sensor by clicking on buy parts above - and I think (but only think because I don't own one) that the sensor is positioned towards the back of the crankshaft on a W124. RPM sensors are usually positioned on one end of the crankshaft - if you can't see it on the front then it is probably on the back - right?

Interesting, just looked up the part in Fast Lane. same part# for 85 and for the 92. W0133-1615020, $65.75.
