w123 blower fuse?
 

The vents were on constantly,the climate control unit was working and would switch vents and turn heat up and down, but he blowing wouldnt stop until i smelled a burnt smell then it quit,now wont come back on.
Fuse no8 was super hot and sparking, i had ccu out to inspect it and even while unplugged the air was still blowing on high?

It's not exactly clear what you're asking or what happened.

In any case, check to see if there's an aux fuse holder installed for the fan. It's about matchbox sized and should be on/near the fender neat the fuse box. It takes the place of fuse 8 to stop the over-heating melting that you describe.

When my blower motor was stuck on high in my 123,it turned out to be a faulty blower control relay located behind the glove box.
No matter what button i pushed on the ccu,the blower motor remained on high.It eventually got the fuse hot and burt it out......
