Check your turbo seals.

Ok I took the intake tube off that goes over the valve cover and reved the engine to 2000rpm and there wasn't any oil coming out, does that mean that the turbo seals are good?

It probably means they're good. Could be a leak in the headgasket between an oil gallery and the combustion chamber. No evidence of leaks anywhere?

. It's leaking near the intake gasket. And I just replace that gasket

And the #4 cylinder, it's going up the back of the intake tubes

Seems to me that oil out the exhaust pipe must be coming from a bad turbo seal, otherwise it would be burning.

Not without looking at the exhaust side of the turbo.

Ok. So should I pull the exhaust pipe off the waste gate and see if the seals are leaking?

Replace the turbo. This recently happened to my car exactly as you described. You may not see oil coming out thru the cross over pipe at the intake when you reeve the engine. I did but saw very little, but my tail pipe was wet with oil at the tip. Fortunately bought a good used turbo from a forum member. I replaced the entire turbo (turbo+manifold+new manifold gasket+ new turbo gasket). Problem solved. Yes, it wasn't cheap but worth it. Took 5 hours.
