Answer

There is a sub wire harness in the headlight assembly/bucket = it is common for one of the wires to corrode off and short to ground.

The chrome rims are wrong for this year, model.

The half chrome headlights on it are IMO revolting.

The dash wood has been sloppy glued in + the center piece is missing + it does not match the other wood panels.

The right fog light has a stone hole and appears to have water in it.

Paint chips along the edge of the rear deck lid.

The left rear tail lens is new, best guess = less than five years old.

The right rear tail lens shows serious age deterioration, suggest replacement soon.

The front end had at least a mild impact based on the left front fender deflection that started the paint crack.

The driver seat is under a cover, generally damaged/shredded material under there.

The seat nets are typical for the age.

The engine breather or oil fill cap gasket appears to be leaking = on the valve cover and air cleaner cover = possible bad breather hose/cap gasket or more serious engine blow-by.

From the engine bay neglect, I would assume the throttle linkage ball/sockets are in dire need of lubrication.

The brake fluid appears black = serious need of flushing.

Very nice set of observations. Also consider the cigarette burn on passenger side door panel above the "pull"/"arm rest." Then wonder if it is a smoker's car.
