Just an FYI:
Do the physical-therapy to a "T." Do not blow-off the prescribed regimen of exercise drills and workouts, even way down the line. The therapy is essential for a good-heal of the re-tacked muscle/tendons. Don't mean to offend, just know a little about the rehabilitation - which takes many months. Do the therapy, and don't push it. You must be patient, it is frustrating, but it takes months!

Thanks Joe.

I am very concerned about healing properly I am following the direction of my DR. to the letter. Even changing my diet to allow more protein, the 2lb weight limit sucks but at least I have the sling off.

I ended up finding a set of injectors on ebay for $95, seller had a pic of the odometer from the vehicle they came out of showing 55K. With the help of my wife (she wouldn't let me do anything) we got them installed on Sat. morning. What a difference not only on start up but power & mpg. I'll save my old set & rebuild them with monarks, I look forward to running grease this summer.

*EDIT*
How many of you guys have have a wife that will wrench on your diesel or rig? I am a lucky man...

How was the it running before? What difference can you tell? Did it stumble any on start up before, especially cold?

Yes, terribly. Also at a stop light the whole car would kind of bounce with the engine.

Time to check the motor mounts and engine shocks...

So this morning it started stumbling a bit, went away after several seconds. Seems that it's still nailing though, should I adjust the valves next or check the Ip timing?

Valves first. No reason to look at the IP until everything is right.

I adjusted the valves today, made a big difference in power & starting.

Still have a clack, clack, clack in the engine when it's warm. Only at an idle, I've blead the injectors a couple of times & it seems that #3 always has air bubbles in it. Still stumbling on start up also.

Any ideas on where they are coming from would surly be appreciated.
