almost every part will work. There may be some climate stuff thats different. but all in all its a safe bet that you can source many parts from 84 to 81. 85 had some interested additions. It's the 86 and on that you will be out of luck most of the time.

Thats assuming it's a SD and not a D. If it's a the lot has D a lot of engine parts will works but not a whole lot else.
