I understand this, but to inspect my car for an hour and not see that this stuff was missing is a bit ridiculous, especially considering he took the turbo off and could see the trap ox below.

Yea, they gave it to me very near the actual cost, doing some quick math it looks like they are making about 13 dollars on the parts, not bad.

Well, got the car back today, it runs great, and feels a tiny bit more responsive than before. Bad news is I now smell exhaust in the passenger cabin, I had a slight leak at my exaughts manifold gasket that its now obviously worse(I didn't smell anything before). I wish they had called me and told me when they were putting everything back together, instead of just making a note on the records. Now I have to take everything out again to replace this stinking gasket...

Arrowhead Mercedes did the work, and were overall pretty good about everything.
