no blower fan

I've spent hours searching the forums for my problem, the blower was working on defrost only now it doesnt work at all. The blower works fine bench tested it and jumped the green/red wire from the resister on the fender to power and it works fine. I soldered the acc even though I tested it in my other 85 300D, so the acc is good, cleaned fuse (it wasnt blown). Is there a relay? I looked behind the glove bow and only saw the one for the EGR It seems like a relay issue this is for a 85 300d thanks Mike

Did you fix your blower fan? I helped someone 2 weeks ago with his blower fan and it was a melted #8 fuse holder that was intermittent. That does not seem like your problem though. I have a PDF 83_603 of an ACC function test with a test box $$$ but it is useless without the test box.

I also have a PDF of the elec wiring diagram 83_300 but it is missing the ACC. I think there is a relay that turns on the blower because I can hear a click before the blower comes on. Anyone have a legible diagram of the blower control?

Nice! A higher resolution version would be even better!!! (I have the intermittent fan thing happening.)

Often the issue is a cold solder or two on the pc board of the ACC unit itself. You'd have to pull it and inspect.
