blinging. If I remember rightly it's an Italian coach builder that did the conversion. Here's some more pics of it I took when I visited the museum a few years ago:

Euro front and rear lights, with US front side markers? I wonder what the script on the front fenders says.

or w116 just looked it up in my museum guide: 1975 hearse by 'Pilato' Italian bodybuilders, so I guess that must be the script.

I think they are 116 tail lights looks like the 107's don't have the little dark spots(screws?) on the wrap around yellow part. Maybe they are the same though, I don't know.
