Hello,

Getting ready to service tranny on '81 300TD. I looked all over, but I couldn't find information on the following questions:

Does the torque convertor drain plug have a crush washer? If so, what size?

What size is the pan drain plug crush washer? My kit from NAPA didn't have one.

I get some conflicting info, but the bottom line is the bolt plug size is 10 x 1 x 8 mm, so the inside diameter (I.D.) is 10mm. The outside diameter (O.D.) is not critical, as it doesn't fit down into anything.

Aluminum or copper is just fine.

The pan drain plug is the same dimension.
