Shock fitment between 123 and 126

Alright you non purists out there.....will the super good shocks on my old autocross 123 fit my 126?

I already checked parts numbers and they are not the same. I suspect they will fit but are valved differently from the factory. My 126 feels super squishy and i have some low miles bilstein hd on the front of my Ax car and some koni reds on the back.

Will they fit the SD?

I've seen SD ones go in a 123.

Hello, I put rear shocks out of a 82 300SD into a 79 300D and they worked great. Cured the very bouncy ride in the 300D.
