OMG... Too many to even list... But recently I was changing the wiper trans in the 87 300D, was testing it without bolting it down to check that I had it in the right position... turned it on, it jumped over and landed on the poss to the battery... long story short, had to pull the entire dash and replace the wires all the way back to the main ground (which is just left of the steering wheel btw)... fun day.
