Find some way to accurately mark an parts of the Drive Shaft you remove so that they go back exactly where they came from.

I have a different year and model than you. But, when I read the Manual it said to remove part of the Emergency Brake stuff and maybe some other stuff.
However, once I was under the Car I found out not of that was needed.
After both ends of the Driveshaft were loose from the Flex Discs and the Drive Shaft Support Retaining Bolts were removed I was able to pull the whole Driveshaft out to the rear.
Did the reverse when installing the Drive Shaft.

You will know once you get under the Car and see how much room you have.

In my case I had the front Wheels on Ramps and the Rear Wheels on Blocks so the Car Sat pretty high off of the Ground.

I used a Chain type Pipe Wrench to loosen the Coupling Nut. However, I bought Wrench for about $15 to tighten it. 1-13/16" is what I bought close enough the 46mm; don't know if yours has the same sized nut or not.

Yes, you will have to remove the back half of the exhaust system. There is also an aluminum shield that, from memory must be removed. The center support bearing is behind it. You can put some tape on the drive shafts for aligning the two halves if they come apart. There are casting marks on each half of the drive shaft to mark the alignment.
Typical of these cars, some repairs are not difficult, just labor intensive.

Not sure if the 91 (I'm assuming that's what you have based on your handle) is exactly the same as the 87, but I did not have to remove the exhaust. I did, however, have to lower it by supporting the rear muffler, then removing the rear muffler hangers as well as the hanger that holds the center muffler to the subframe (might be a good idea to replace that if it's cracked). I did not have to remove the parking brake ... as Diesel911 said, you should be able to pull the shaft out out toward the back of the car. For the center nut, I bought a large crescent wrench and used that in combination with a smaller crescent wrench ... just took a lot of patience to find the right positioning. I did the job with the rear jacked up and the front on the ground.
Once the shaft is out, you need a two- or three-jawed puller to remove the bearing from the shaft. I bought a couple sets of these at Harbor Freight and used the larger size.
That's all I can think of for now ... .
