Does the 17mm block drain bolt have a crush washer?
Removed mine today, no washer, is this correct or does it require a crush washer?

Does the seal ring need to be replaced if bolt is loosened, or not necessarily?

Reuse is frequently possible. But it's sort of inconvenient when you find out after the fact that it needs to be replaced.
