Power seat reclines back but not forward?
 
This is on my 87 124. So is this just a dirty switch or is there something wrong with the seat motor?

I had the same thing happen in my '90 W126 recently. I got some electrical contact cleaner and sprayed it in there and that took care of it. Once in a while we get off easy. I'd give that a try first.

Same thing was going on with my SD, just sprayed some cleaner in there and luckily my stuff started working again. :)

Until then, set the memory with the back up so that you can move it up after reclining.
