'76 300D advice - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I am looking at a '76 300D that they say has 47,500 miles. The pictures of it make it look super nice. The dealer is asking $6k. There is no way I would pay that. What is a good price for this beast? I am in Oklahoma and I think is has been here most of its life.

is the baby blue car that has been on EBay? Sure looks nice! What else can you buy for 6,000 with very few miles that you can repair yourself in today's world?
