The white nylon bushing is a shim- spacer. It fell out during removal and I do not know where to reinstall it

Rectangular?

White, Plastico?

See #2.

So...
How is the #2 in the Pictogram attached to the Window Regulator?
(I suspect that whatever the "Attaching" mechanism is has Failed and
is allowing the Window to "Bottom Out".)

Everything about these "Pot Metal"/"Cast" Window Regulators is Junk.

After a few skinned hands and sitting with a mirror and flashlight I performed a little forenic work on the plastic 1/4 inch thick bushing. I found a small indention on the face of the old one and matched it up to the upper bolt toward the rear that mounts the motor on to the regulator. This provides a stop before the window bottoms out and gets stuck. " How do you think I knew that",, lol. Anyway Thanks and I am one to say I would be lost on these old beauitful vechicles without this site.
