Front Engine Anti-Vibration T-Mount

I was doing my oil pan gasket on my 79 240D today and noticed the mount directly behind the oil pan was completly shot. Doing a little research and being new to benz diesels I think It is the Front Engine Anti-Vibration T-Mount.

Has anyone replaced their t-mount?
Is it easy, is their a thread on the matter (tried to look for one).

I plan on doing the other motor mounts at the same time since I dont know how good they are.

They dont sell them through fastlane but that place in AZ has them under motor mounts and Im hoping that is the part I need?

btw... I torqued my lower oil pan bolts to 8-9Nm is that correct?

Im not even sure that is the part I need, the piece I pulled out was so deteriorated and more than half is still in there. Any confirmation from someone who has done this job would be great.

This is only the second time i have even looked under this car or any benz diesel for that matter.

I understand that not all parts are advertised on the fastlane site so a call might be worth your while.

I must admit I'm a bit confused by your description of the problem. Are you talking about the engine vibration dampers?
