1991 300D won't crank
How do I manually turn over the engine? What, if anything needs to be removed.

You can turn the engine over using a 27 mm socket with a 1/2" breaker bar on the crankshaft pulley fastener. You may need a low profile unit. Get to it from underneath.

Well the engine turns and it's not locked up. I need to try and figure out what's going on with the starter now.
