Location of hydraulic fuel shut off actuator on 1995 E 300 D?
Hey,
We are doing a veg conversion and can't seem to locate the hydraulic fuel shut off actuator. Does anybody have a labeled diagram showing location? Thanks, -Robert |

Hydraulic? Pretty sure it's vacuum just like all the old ones. Here's a pic of the metal version, your is probably white plastic. It's the thing with the numbers starting with "1 427" on it.

also, i sent some pictures of the ip to the mechanic that built the pump and he said that it looks like it is not on this car. Is it possible that they didn't start using it until 1996? I believe the system is OBD I, he spoke as if this would not be on an OBD I system.

That pic is a 96 electronic actuator. Which would be OBD II I'd think, and yours would be OBD I. Although I'm not sure how that's related.
