Can't get glow plug relay to turn on
 

Putting a 617turbo into the 240D Chassis. Have power to the relay, power across the 100A fuse, but turn the ignition switch on, no further action. Electrical problems can really stump me when I am hot and tired. Anyone have any ideas. I have a spare controller, though mine on the 300D was working well, but I thought I might as well change it out, but the results are the same. No glow plugs.

Found the problem. Plug in the back of the switch not fully pushed in.

Anyway, we got it fired up. First time it has ran since mid April 2010. So, on about the second or third glow, away it went very smooth, very nice idle, flywheel balance seems very good. Tomorrow after a few more finishing touches Dan and I, (Danny is "TheCousinDan" on You Tube) we are going to get it out and drive it!
