front end super bouncy on dirt roads

so my 1981 300sd is pretty bouncy in the front when i drive on my dirt road. the shocks were recently replaced so i was wondering what else it could be.

. . . also, all four of the rotors were recently replaced but there is a slight vibration in the front when i'm braking going down a hill
thanks! have a beautiful day!

And how's the condition of the rubber bits on the front?
