heat blowing from some vents and cold from others

Ok so I have a new problem my ac blows icicles but sometimes the vents closest to driver and passenger sides blow heat not outside air but heated air....any suggestions is a heater door sticking? Or what would this be?

On this car (assuming W210) that's a sign of low R134.

You may need to replace (repair?) your duovalve, that fixed the problem on out w210. We had heat out the passenger side and rear and a/c otherwise.

Use the CCU next time it blows warm. Look at the temps of 3 & 4. If the left is much higher than the right, open the hood and whack the duo-valve with a screwdriver handle a few times and then look at the temps again.

If the temps begin to even out afterwards, the valve is sticking.

If #5 was at 100, it wasn't cooling.....yet you say there was no more problem.

What CCU error codes are present?

That's interesting. Seems like a few people have had that problem lately.
