Where to start? Clean everything up, then run the motor and see where / if leaks reappear.

The leaks on my engine came from 3 different places:

1. The seal on the side cover on the injection pump.
2. The seal on the bottom cover on the injection pump.
3. The O-ring in the EGR mixing chamber where the intake pipe slides into it from the bottom.

The intake air is filled with oil vapor and anywhere there's a little leak, it spews out all over everything.

Oh and you're supposed to remove the EGR clamp and pipe from the mixing chamber, not the 4 screws holding the chamber to the intake. This makes things much easier!

ya actually im gonna order a new O-Ring for that EGR cause i think most of oil coming from there.

Actually, you don't need part number 606 010 00 91. You only need the small piece on the end that's split. It has a separate part number, 605 016 01 81. Just twist it and pull it off but be careful to not break the larger part!

You're also going to need some injection line clips, 603 078 01 41 and I would get all new rubber things for under the clips, 601 078 03 86.

They are the broken plastic clips attached to the injection lines. Just order 8 of each and you'll have a spare.
