GLOWING PROBLEM
Just started having a problem starting car. Glow light was not coming on. Tonight I took multi-meter to do some checking. The light came on, and there was power to the plugs. After about 30 seconds the power shut off ( like it should ), then I could hear the faint sound of an electric motor start to run. Location-battery/glove box side.
After several tries, there was no light, no power to plugs, and had motor sound right away. Climate control is turned off. Any ideas?

Well, in the 124's anyways, there's a small fan that I think pulls Air across the inside air temp Sensor. I dont recall if it's always on.. I would say check your grounds and battery terminals, and the glow relay

You did not mention that you checked the Glow Plugs with the Ohm Meter. The Glow Plugs can have power going to them and the Relay can work and some Glow Plugs can be bad.
The Diesel Giant site has a pictorial on checking the Glow Plugs with the Ohm Meter.
