What's this part called?
Pardon my ignorance...
 As I continue fixing stuff in my car that I had neglected, I now came across this. Ever since I bought the car, when I go on an obstacle like a speed bump or the like, I get a 'clunk', and I finally tracked where it comes from. Right there. (Red arrows point at the parts, green arrows point at the front of the car.) Those rubber pieces are no longer rubber so I need to replace them. Anyone know what they're called...?
