Need help finding a part 80 300D

I have a cigar shaped hose that comes off the top of what the fuel filter screws into. Can anyone tell me where I can purchase this and what it is called?
Thanks

Bingo

It's called the cigar hose.

The shape is to dampen vibration from the pulses of the fuel being returned from the injectors.

Click on "BUY PARTS" at the top of this page, go to Fastlane and enter W0133-1635013.

It's in the 'diesel injection' parts category.

Thanks, for the quick response. What size hose do I use to replace the other fuel hose? I am going to go ahead and replace the filter and refit the in-line filter as it has been removed. Any other fuel lines or hoses that I should replace while I am in there?

The only lines that have ever given me trouble are the return lines (between the injectors) and the plastic line that connects to the banjo fittings on the large filter to the lift pump.

These injectors return a huge amount of fuel so unless the return lines look new, you'll want to do them for sure. Relatively easy and very cheap, the line is sold by the foot.

Can't remember what the other fuel lines are.

All the other rubber fuel lines are 8 mm (5/16" is close enough) ID. There are also two at the tank near the rear differential.

FYI, it's not OK just to get "a cigar hose." They come in several lengths, depending upon which chassis the engine is stuffed into.
