Then when removing get the breaker bar to the point where there is resistance on it and then a few taps with your hammer or good thumbs with your hands will usually break them free.

I've got a piece of 1/2" brass round stock I use to smack stubborn bolts with. The brass won't hurt the bolt, but the shock breaks them loose. I love allen heads, I tend to replace hex heads with allen heads in my projects.
