Im finally back to a diesel Mercedes after a few frustrating months in an unreliable Honda...
I would like everyone to meet Ursala, formely Tpawlik's 1987 300d. She has 147,xxx miles on the original #14 head, which everything appears to be ok with that... So far Ive put about 800miles on her, and the first fill up was right at 30MPG, and the second (with 4guys and a cooler in the car) was 27MPG. And neither one of these account for the speedometer reading 5mph slow.
Ive already got the a/c fixed in her, and all thats left other than the drivers rear window not working.
Im looking forward to being back on here more, and having the ability to be in another diesel mercedes.

Don't know what people have against the blue.... I've had three cars with the blue tex or leather and I like it. Doesn't show stains too easily and isn't THAT bad in summer. I've had black cloth and that was worse....
