It's just my opinion of slammed cars. I know the owner also like performance and it's cali style, and I don't want to insult him but still ...

Maybe I should just get $2k/oz gold teeth - cheaper than implants! ... I digress ... Back to the post thread I'm pushing - Any mods to correct my 87 300TD's lower rear suspension (3.4" and 3.75") to compliment the 4" height of my front suspension?

You can try turning the leveling valve link but that might mask worn suspension components. You might be due for subframe bushings or some of those dozens of suspension links.

There is only one leveling valve for the rear axle. Adjustment isn't likely to address the side-to-side difference.

For the rear, I wonder if it would be possible to simple raise the body off the sub-frame a couple of inches. This would give you more clearance under the center of the car, but do nothing different for between the rear wheels. All the suspension components are connected to the sub-frame except the top of the shocks and springs, the SLS valve, and the sway bar. The shocks, springs, and sway bar connectors would need to be increased with some replacements meeting the new length, and an extra block could be mounted under the SLS valve mount to get it to work. The drive shaft should be able to handle the increased angle, but I want to keep an eye on the flex joints. Also, you might need to lower the drive shaft carrier bearing an inch or so.

Other problems would be the need to slightly modify the exhaust given it passes under the drive shaft and sub-frame, and to bend the brake and hydraulic tubing to the required new position.

If your goal is to run some Gumbo Monster Mudders this would get you a step closer to making them fit. This is all theoretical of course; I would never do it.
