How do you remove and replace this piece of glass? I'm talking about the triangle piece in the back door...

just bust it out -ill sell you another one.

no really, you first take out the rear window and then the wetherstrip/trim around it and look closely--you will se screws that hold in the rear brace-- you take that out and then the little corner window/and rubber slide forward. it you break it then call me.

Already shattered. Hope to pick up a new one this weekend to replace it.
