Thoughts on my leaks . . .
My '95 has been marking its territory for a few months now and I would like to change that. Upon inspection, it appears that I actually have three different leaks.
(1) One leak appeared to be engine oil coming from the oil level sensor on the pan. I pulled it tonight and replaced the two o-rings there, so hopefully that takes care of that one. (2) Aside from that, I know the steering gear box was leaking and it looks to be leaking from higher up than just the pitman shaft. See the first and second pics. I have the kit to reseal it and will probably be undertaking that job in the near future. Open to any thoughts and suggestions based on the pics though. (3) Finally, there seems to be a leak coming from higher up - I believe it is the SOV on the IP? Is that correct? I'm looking up from the bottom, so I am a little disoriented . . . and can't really see from the top unless I remove the IM. See the third and fourth pics I attached . . . are there some orings or seal in there that go bad? Apprecaite any feeback.

I even posted pictures and still no replies. I guess the only real question I have right now is what is leaking in the last picture . . . is that part of the SOV on the IP?

Methinks I'm going to have to buy a 90's Merc. I know this reply doesn't help much but maybe the bump will.

Hey, thanks for the bump. If it helps, I'm planning on selling the the '95 once I fix these leaks and a couple other things.

It looks like the stop lever. Except with no stop lever attached.
