Rack Dampener O-Ring
 

I was wondering if anybody might have the part number for the o-ring that goes on the rack dampener bolt. My new bolt did not come with one and I'd like to replace it along with the bolt.. Thanks in advance!:)

Thanks for the response...I really appreciate the help. It is for an '82 300d-turbo. I'm having a little trouble finding that part number online. Is there anything special about that particular o-ring besides the size? If not, would anybody happen to know the correct size? Thanks again!
After seeing how brittle the O-rings were that I replaced on the pipe that is part of the oil filter housing cover, I'd like to have one on hand for this bolt when I pull it out.

I got mine from the dealer for $7.

I didn't notice anything special about it. It seemed to be a regular o-ring. Even if my memory fails me and it's a d-ring or a short tadpole ring gasket you should be able to get away with a simple o-ring from McMaster of the same diameter.

You should be fine with just Buna-N at A70 or A50. Check just find the approximate size.
