SORRY guys, I had stuff going on and so had to take a long break from this particular project.

The transmission was not pumping any oil, as determined by disconnecting the oil cooler hose.

Yanked the engine+tranny out last weekend.

Looks like the tabs on the pump are broken. Here are some 'money' shots:
