1983 300D turbo, Need help Identifying parts.

I ran into some parts that I don't know the names of and am having a hard time understanding what they do and also can't find the part numbers for them. Please help me if you can, I have EPC but can't find some of this stuff. Thanks in advance and I love the community.

The rubber hose coming from the top of the valve cover to the top of air filter/cleaner housing. It's cracked and I've got a pretty severe oil leak. I'm pretty sure oil passes through there because there is a bit of oil in the air filter compartment So, is it oil passing through that hose and if so, how much? My oil leak looks like it's kinda sneezed all around instead of leaking from a certain area like a gasket would.

This transmission wire, I believe it is called a kick down cable or bowden cable is stripped at the white part where you twist the white/yellow piece to tighten or loosen so it has pretty much lost it's function. My car now has a hard time shifting and the car jerks back and forth randomly. Is this the reason it is doing this? I traced the cable to the transmission and i don't see how to pull it out of the transmission side. And instillation looks like a pain. Do you have to drop the tranny?

#3
This cylinder I know is for fuel, what does it do? Should it be loosened a bit or
fully tightened?

This guy is on the firewall on the drivers side, it's part of the throttle mechanism. The rubber on the piece is shot and the previous owner had zip tied it to hold it together. The pedal doesn't have a fluid feel to the engine response at all, could this be the reason? Whats the name of the part?

#1 is a breather hose. It allows crankcase gasses along with a little oil vapor to be vented into the air cleaner. Just take it off and take it into your local parts store. Show it to them and they should be able to cut you a piece of the right length and diameter from bulk hose stock.

#2 Does look like a Bowden cable. That could indeed be causing some of your transmission issues. I don't remember exactly how that one comes off at the transmission, but I know you don't have to drop the transmission to get it off.

#3 is your primer pump. It should be tight, but it's made of plastic, so don't get TOO aggressive with it. If it leaks after you tighten it, replace it.

#4 is part of your accelerator linkage. Yes, that could explain the behavior you describe. Unfortunately, I don't know the name of that thing.

#1, is a rubber elbo refered to a breather hose. about $4.

#2, Is the bowden cable, I haven`t replaced one of these either.

#3, is the primer pump. you have the old style that has to be turned to unscrew and then pump. then push down and tighten. they are known to leak and suck air. there is a upgrade one. just push up and down, nothing to unscrew. around $16 or so.

#4, Throttle linkage pivot mount. about $47. if this fails, the linkage could fall out. It does look like it has been Mc Givered.

Thank you

Thanks guys for responding, helped me out a bit. Only thing i am still a bit lost on how to tackle is the bowden/kickdown cable because that's my big issue as my car jerks around and it's annoying as i have no way to adjust anything.
