Quick info needed. W115 trunk lid - inside originally painted body color or not?
Some of the panels of my 240D are going under the gun tomorrow.
Currently, the inside of the trunk lid is black. The autobody guys are wanting to know if this is original or if perhaps it's had the trunk lid replaced at some point and simply wasn't painted. Can any 115 owners let me know s'il vous plais? Merci. PS: I know about the auto body forum but it's not as heavily trafficked and I need to know by tomorrow morning.

The inner part of the trunk lid should indeed be black.
