Help Identifying Broken/Missing Parts (pics!!)

Hey guys... here's some pics of broken bits of my 85 300td...
the first pic shows two unconnected parts at the rear of the engine by the intake manifold/ tranny dipstick. any ideas what these are?
the second pic shows a cracked rubber vent coming out of the firewall near the oil filter housing. what is this part's function and can i get a replacement easily?

also... i cleaned the long intake banjo bolt a few days ago. while in there, i noticed an empty threaded hole on the manifold above the banjo bolt's hole. in other pictures online i noticed some kind of bracket coming out of that hole... is that to hold the tranny dipstick in place? is leaving that hole open adversely changing my airflow in any way?

thanks again!!

first pic shows a loom for abs sensor wire, usually not connected to anything unless you have abs, it could also be for a brake pad warning light, if you don't have one connected to your pads, that would be it. not sure what the 2 wire connector is... could be anything...
the rubber tube is the cowl drain boot. should be a twin to it on the other side of the engine.
