Your problem could be as simple as a gummed-up valve in the pump, which is a quick and easy fix.
what is the "quick and easy fix"?

Remove the valves/springs and clean them.

Ok tried the new used lift pump, used a vacuum pump to bleed the system by drawing fuel all the way through the cigar hose, no start

Didn't check fuel at injectors as I lost sun light and didn't feel like cracking the lines again...

Tried with fuel cap off, tried with oil cap off

Anyone in the Jacksonville area willing to help me get this car started? My hands are raw, arms are scratched and my ego is bruised

I read a post about removing the brown line going to the white plastic module on top/back of the IP. Is that a shut off valve?

If Air is in the Steel Fuel Injection Lines/Tubings it compresses a lot but moves only a little.
To relieve it loosen the Fuel Injection Line nuts at the Injectors. Besides bleeding out the Air you can also see if it is getting Fuel up to the Injectors before you attempt to start.

Make sure the fuel pressure relief valve isnt stuck open. When you pump the primer do you hear a valve open to release internal fuel pressure in the pump.

Is the hand pump making enough pressure to trip the IP pressure relief valve? (You should be able to hear the relief valve actuating as you pump.) If not, the suction valve on the fuel pump could be stuck open.

Gotcha Still don't know where it is and how to check it. How do I fix it? A picture would be great. Thanks

The pressure relief valve is on the engine side of the IP, where the return line connects. Look between the #4 and #5 delivery valves. A clear fuel line runs from the valve to the "T" on top of the secondary fuel filter.

A precise test requires a pressure gauge. A simpler test involves listening for the valve to actuate when you pump the hand pump. Once pressure is built up, the valve should make a PFFTT sound with each stroke of the pump.

I pump about 100 times yesterday...no PFFTT noise. Do I need to pump more?

The brown line is the shut off vacuum line. Disconnecting it excludes a malfunctioning vacuum system.

what kind of primer pump do you have? The updated style(black button)? or the old style, white top, unscrew and pump?? You want the new updated style unit.

Since your not hearing the noise then this is telling me there is no pressure inside the IP. That could be because:
A- no fuel getting to pump
B- bad primer pump
C- stuck open fuel pressure relief valve

Running veggy oil in this car?

The Fue Pressure Relief/Overflow valve is on the Engine Side of the Fuel Injection Pump and looks just like a Banjo Bolt.
It holds the Plastic Fuel Return Line onto the Fuel Injection Pump; the one that goes back to the top of the Fuel Filter where the 3 Fuel Lines connect; have a junction.
