Last weekend I was digging through my storage shed for something and I came across something I forgot I had- a cargo net/cover setup for my wagon. It is origional and in great condition except for one thing- the plastic end caps are cracked. Are those something that can be replaced or should I just toss the thing? -Scott

If you can find them maybe? I wouldn't toss them. Some creative gluing and then recasting can save them.

Well don't toss it, sell it to me if you don't want it

The aesthetic standards of my wagon are such it will fit right in, even with some battle scars....

Don't throw away the whole cargo cover because of the endcaps. They are pretty uncommon, and someone will want it.

Without the end caps the things that pull out won't reel back in. The plastic is cracked beyond repair. Kinda chintzy design for an MB if you ask me. So- nobody has heard of a way to get replacement end caps? Anyone know what the official name is for this assembly so I can search for the parts? If I can't figure it out it's going to the pay it forward list!

In EPC it looks like the rollers come as a complete assembly.

Go look up your VIN and look under Group 86 Windshield Wiper, Emergency Equipment. Looks like the rollers are A1238600175

If it's Palomino I would LOVE to take it off your hands. I'm sure I could make some quick molded plastic parts.
