vacuum hoses for 1997 E300D?

Is there a post somewhere that describes the size & quantities of engine vacuum lines in the 1997 E300D?....I am going to be removing my crossover & manifold to replace some fuel lines & wanted to go ahead and replace the vacuum hoses used for EGR/manifold flaps etc. as they are the originals.

Also, does anyone have a recommendation on what type of vacuum hose to use? (rubber, silicon, etc) & Where is a good source to buy them in bulk, like 3 meter or so lengths

Thanks in advance!

the original hoses are plastic with rubber end pieces - you can buy the plastic hose by the meter at the dealer or right here on the buy parts tab.

Obviously it's not necessary to match the existing striped tubing. I have not actually had problems with the tubing going bad but the rubber connectors do rot eventually.

EPC and the factory service manual will give you all of the part numbers and colors.
