Disconnect door wiring
I'm going to be exhangine the RR door on my '83 300D. I have stripped the donor door for painting. However, how is the window motor wiring disconnected, besides un-soldering the terminals in the switch plug? When I remove the existing door, is there another connector beyond the door wiring? My service manual doesn't seem to cover this part of the car at all. I couldn't find an answer with the search function, but I'm sure one of you experts will know the answer.

I know about the two screws on the front door if that's what you're referring to. There is no terminal block in the rear door.

I've got several sets of rear doors stacked in my shop.
I'll take pics for you.

That would be great. I dropped the door off at the body shop today, so I can't get any pictures of what I have.
