Know what kind of sound a kitty makes when hit by the fan blade ... I do.. my aunt's cat sure looked bad... fan blade won that encounter... then trying to take the cat to the vet.... the cat was loose inside the car making circles... vertical circles....
And anyway.. they only really work when hungry.... the mice can multiply faster than the cat can eat...

Here is what you need.

First off.... this was a question about mice under the hood... where is the closest place you can put that 5 gallon bucket to the inside of your engine compartment ?
How many of you have wives who are going to deal with dead floating mice buckets ? What about inside your car ... have space for a five gallon bucket ?
I live out in the country and have been dealing with this kind of thing for decades..... these light weight , metal, multi live catch, compact traps are the cat's meow , if you don't have an effective cat.
