Ok i'm reasonably sure I don't have an vaccume leaks and will be testing with mighty vac. The car refuses to up shift randomly even when gas is released. I've not personally experienced by my daughter has. Straightened out after a complete jstop at a light. Car is slow off the line. Need to fine tune throttle rods and pump. Kick down appears to work correctly normally.
