Defroster question???
 

I have a question. Heat system works fine but defroster for front windshield doesn't. Does anyone have an idea what may be the cause before I take it to the dealership for a fix. The last thing I need is for someone at the dealership to exaggerate what is wrong and give me an overinflated bill. My wife has been driving the car for the past year with no problems. I drove it this morning and found no operating defroster. Thanks ahead of time for all the help.
