I need some tools

I have a $100 gift card to sears. Might as well get some tools. I have most of the basics. Sockets and screw drivers and wrenches. I need other stuff. What tool should I definitely not be without? I was thinking a mityvac. What are some suggestions you have?

metric allen wrench set, 1/4 drive socket set, torx screwdrivers, socket extensions.

Mityvac sounds good. I also get a lot of use out of my gearwrenches when working in tight areas. Maybe a set of flare nut wrenches? An offset screwdriver can also be handy to have.

Have fun tool shopping!

Definitely a mity-vac.

They carry a thread chaser now:
Sears: Online department store featuring appliances, tools, fitness equipment and more Handy, I've used mine more times than I can count.

Torque wrenches.

All my mity-vacs have crapped out. I am looking for something a little sturdier.

Ratcheting, reversible combination wrenches.

Sears: Online department store featuring appliances, tools, fitness equipment and more

These are good, too, but sometimes the heads are too big for tight quarters.

Check out the local sear sales right now, there are some great sales going on with 1/2 off on some of the gear Wrenches. i just bought a set last night, 7 piece XL X-Beam combination open/ratchet $79.99 sale $39.99

Sears: Online department store featuring appliances, tools, fitness equipment and more

online listed for $35.99.

Never pay full retail. wish I was in Oregon now, no sales tax.

I saw over at Costco Craftsman metal 3 drawer tool boxes for $39.99, Sears has the same box for $59.99
Your goft card won`t work , but just a heads up.

Sears just had massive tool sale. I almost bought a set of pry bars for $16. Normal price is $35.

Go to toolguyd.com for deals

Gear wrenches are AWSOME! They work great for removing/installing glow plugs. I think the X-beams will be under my tree in a week.

I only need them on one side of my seat. That way I sit level.
