K2 part number for 722.3?
 

So I am pretty tired of the fact no one can find the part number for the 722.3 K2 spring accumulator.

It does exist however I dont have the number for it anymore as my comp that i had it saved on died.


He is what is known. In 1997 WIS stated to use the K1 pn/ 126 270 447 for both K1/K2.

However for the 722.4 there is in fact a part number that is part of a update kit: pn/ 126 270 05 35.


I talked to the guy at the local dealer who rebuilds the trans and he said YES there is a different spring kit for K2 that he uses instead of K1 for the K2. He has the notes, but could not locate them yet.

The w140 body 722.3/5 is also being a pain to find a K2 spring for.


I have used the shift kit they sale online in customers cars before and they are pure trash as far as lasting.

So if its old or not I dont care, DOES ANYONE have the pn for K2 spring accumulator in either the 722.3/5 series?

The epc and startek say the K2 126 270 04 35 and 126 270 05 35 are for 722.4 ONLY and i have not test this out yet though it could be wrong.

On the last page of the 722.3 / 722.4 ATSG manual there's information about the different spring versions - ATSG say there are 3.

But - typical ATSG - there are no part numbers...
