W126 Ground Points

Hey guys,

I am having a few strange problems electrically that I think may be ground issues. For example when the glow plugs start, the wipers come on. It happens religiously! If I turn the key slow enough, sometimes they won't come on. Any pictures or descriptions would be helpful. My intention is to clean and grease all the ground points I can. The negative battery cable is already done. New battery, too.

I'd look for a ground on the glow relay. There are also grounds from engine to chassis.....down on the block just above or beside the tranny adapter plate.

Thanks. I'll check it out when it stops raining.

The electrical manual has a whole section on ground distribution.
